Patty Nelson - Owner
Wow, I can’t believe I’ve been here 39 years. A true believer that we learn something new every day, and after all these years, I still do.
A little about me: I am married to Mike, and we’ll be celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary this October. Family is a top priority in our lives; we have 1 daughter who is married and has blessed us with a spunky, funny, loving grandson (he calls me YaYa). I come from a large family (7 girls and 1 boy) and grew up in Columbia Heights. The majority of my family still lives in the area, so you’ll find me hanging out all around the Heights.
Mike and I enjoy having fun together; whether it’s just hanging out with our friends and family or seeing live music, we have a lot of fun! We enjoy getting away; it might just be a weekend road trip, but it’s always a good time!
Besides being in the HVAC business, I also work part-time for a charitable gambling organization (of course, in Columbia Heights). It’s fun, and I get to see old classmates and meet a lot of new people, which is always good for the soul.
In 2021, I was able to achieve a huge goal, purchasing the business I have dedicated my life to. Doug (my business partner) and I purchased the business in September 2021. As a small business, it’s tough to compete with the “big dogs.” We make it our goal to provide personal service that’s fast, friendly, and affordable. Your satisfaction is priority #1!
Doug Mueller - Owner
Grown up in the HVAC business, my dad started me young, and it stuck. There’s something to say for going to work with Dad; learning in the field had provided me with the skills to create an HVAC system that I can be proud of and that looks professional. Whether it’s a service call, furnace/AC changeout, or custom ductwork, I’m the guy to get it done!
In 2021, I purchased Anderson’s Residential Heating & AC, Inc. from my parents. Fortunate to have my son work by my side and take over the business when it’s time. A 3rd-generation small business is an important goal to achieve.
Derek—Installations and Office
Came to work for his grandma and grandpa in 2014. He started working in the field with his dad, learning the install side; in 2020, he started training me in the office. Future goals are to start training on servicing heating and air conditioning equipment this summer.
BRAYDEN—TEAM and HVAC Field
Please welcome Brayden to our team! He is new to both our team and the HVAC field, and he brings a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn.
Outside of work, Brayden enjoys collecting music media, playing guitar, and gaming. He’s excited to continue learning the HVAC trade, developing his skills, and growing with the team.
We’re excited to have Brayden on board and look forward to seeing all that he accomplishes!
