We had a new furnace installed and a bathroom fan vented outside. Our job required both furnace installers and electricians. Anderson was AWESOME! The first day was a quick "measurement day" and the following day was the installation day. Both days they were on time which means a lot in the world of contractors/repairs. They protected our floors, cleaned up every single scrap of old equipment, and even wiped the ceiling dust that fell on bathroom vanity! Super knowledgeable, very honest, and all around a great family owned business. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

Anderson's Residential went above and beyond service when they helped me do an easy fix on my mom and dad's furnace. Using the code from the furnace Patty guided me through the simple fix. But since I couldn't understand what part I needed to get to or where exactly it was, she did some research and found a diagram and emailed it to me so I had a visual. That in itself was going the extra mile but she did all of this minutes before closing without rushing or impatience to be done. My parents and I were so thankful for their help we made sure to write their number down for future reference. Unfortunately that was the next day as it seems the part is wearing out rather than just needing a cleaning. But again, Patty went above and beyond by sending me an email about what was happening. My mom had also told me that she had called but I realized that if she had not, I would not have known that my parents heater was not working again. It just shows that Anderson's cares about the people not just the repair. I am thankful we found such a caring and reliable company.
