Heating Repair Services

Anderson's Residential Heating & AC, Inc went above and beyond service when they helped me do an easy fix on my mom and dad's furnace. Using the code from the furnace, Patty guided me through the simple fix. But since I couldn't understand what part I needed to get to or where exactly it was, she researched, found a diagram, and emailed it to me, so I had a visual. That in itself was going the extra mile. Still, she did all of this minutes before closing without rushing or impatience to be done. My parents and I were so thankful for their help that we wrote their number down for future reference. Unfortunately, that was the next day, as it seems the part is wearing out rather than just needing a cleaning. But again, Patty went above and beyond by emailing me about what was happening. My mom had also told me that she had called, but I realized that if she had not, I would not have known that my parent's heater was not working again. It shows that Anderson's cares about the people, not just the repair. I am thankful we found such a caring and reliable company.
